ServicePilot Job Management Platform
An AI-first job management platform for Australian trade and field-service businesses — quoting, scheduling, jobs, invoicing and payments in one app across web, iOS and Android.

Brief to priced quote
AI turns a one-line job description into an itemised, GST-ready quote priced from the business’s own rates.
End-to-end workflow
Quoting, scheduling, jobs, invoicing and online payments live in one operating flow, not separate tools.
AI drafts a priced quote from a plain-English description of the job, using the business’s own price list
Drag-and-drop dispatch board, recurring maintenance, inventory and GST invoicing in one connected flow
Native iOS and Android apps so crews run the day from the field, with online card payments built in
Each project here is framed around the operational or product shift it created, not just the tooling behind it.
The Challenge
Australian trade and field-service businesses run on a patchwork of paper quotes, spreadsheets, group texts and separate invoicing tools. Quoting is slow and inconsistent, jobs and schedules live in different places, and getting paid means chasing invoices after the fact. Existing job-management apps help, but quoting still means typing every line by hand, and office and field teams often work from different versions of the truth.
Our Solution
We built ServicePilot as a single AI-first operating system for a trade business. The standout is AI quoting: a user describes the job in plain English (or forwards an enquiry email) and the AI drafts an itemised, GST-ready quote priced from the company’s own price list — never made-up numbers, and every line stays editable. Around that sits a drag-and-drop dispatch board, job management with proof-of-work photos, recurring maintenance that auto-creates jobs, inventory and materials tracking, GST invoicing with pay-now card links, SMS reminders, team roles, reporting and Xero integration. The web app and native iOS and Android apps all run on one Supabase backend with row-level tenant isolation, optional two-factor authentication and Australian data hosting, so the whole business works from one live source of truth.
Outcome
ServicePilot took a trade business from scattered tools to a single app that runs the work from first enquiry to payment. AI quoting removes the slowest, most manual part of winning work; the dispatch board and mobile apps keep the field and office in sync; and invoicing with online payments closes the loop on getting paid. The platform is live on the App Store and Google Play, built on secure, Australian-hosted infrastructure with tenant isolation and two-factor sign-in.
