RouteMate Delivery Operations Platform
A delivery operations platform for route planning, dispatch, label scanning, tracking, and proof of delivery across mobile and dashboard workflows.

Routing model
The product is built around drivers handling many stops efficiently, not one-off consumer navigation.
Operational visibility
Dispatchers and teams can monitor progress and delivery activity as work happens.
Multi-stop route planning built for real delivery runs, not generic map demos
Shipping label scanning and CSV stop import to reduce manual dispatch work
Proof of delivery and tracking workflows connected back to operations
Each project here is framed around the operational or product shift it created, not just the tooling behind it.
The Challenge
Delivery teams often end up juggling spreadsheets, ad hoc stop lists, disconnected navigation tools, and manual dispatch coordination. That creates friction before a driver even leaves the depot. Stops have to be imported, routes need to be optimized, labels often need to be scanned, and dispatch teams still need visibility once drivers are on the road. The problem was not just route math. It was the lack of a clean end-to-end workflow for delivery operations.
Our Solution
We shaped RouteMate as a delivery operations platform rather than a single-purpose route calculator. Drivers can work from a dedicated mobile experience, while dispatch and operations teams get a dashboard view of routes, stops, and delivery progress. The product supports multi-stop route planning, shipping-label scanning, CSV stop imports, driver dispatch, tracking, and proof of delivery, so teams can move from raw delivery data to structured execution inside one system. The result is a product that feels operational from the first screen rather than bolting logistics features onto a generic map interface.
Outcome
RouteMate gives delivery teams a clearer operational workflow from planning through completion. Instead of splitting routing, dispatch, stop imports, and delivery confirmation across separate tools, teams can work through a more connected system built for the realities of courier and last-mile operations. That makes the product more useful to both drivers on the road and dispatch teams coordinating work behind the scenes.
